Library Board Meeting

MINUTES of the special meeting of the Pitkin County Library Board of Trustees on September 5, 2013.  Meeting was called to order at 9:37 a.m.

ROLL CALL:   Trustees present:  Austine Stitt, Barbara Smith, Barbara Reid, John Wilkinson, and Judi Harris.  Jim Moran was not present.  County Librarian Kathy Chandler attended as well as Brian Pettit, Public Works Director, and Jodi Smith, County Facilities Manager.

The architect selection committee met to discuss the proposals from the architectural firms and to compile each member’s evaluation and scoring sheets to select the firm which will be offered the contract. Jodi Smith will contact the firm with the highest score to begin contract negotiations.
