MINUTES of the special meeting of the Pitkin County Library Board of Trustees on October 13,
2015. The meeting was called to order at 9:09.
ROLL CALL: Trustees present: Barbara Reid, Barbara Smith, Judy Wrigley, John Keleher and
Judi Harris. Also present were County Librarian Kathy Chandler and staff members, Susan
Keenan and Martha Durgy.
PUBLIC COMMENT: There was no public comment.
Representatives of MSR, interior design firm, presented via a computer Webex fabric and color
samples for the furniture selected for the addition and remodel of the library.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Judi Harris and seconded by Barbara Smith to
adjourn the meeting at 11:45. The motion passed unanimously.
