MINUTES of the special meeting of the Pitkin County Library Board of Trustees on June 19,
2016. The meeting was called to order at 4:15.
ROLL CALL: Trustees present: John Wilkinson, Barbara Reid, Barbara Smith, Austine Stitt,
and Judi Harris. Judy Wrigley and John Keleher were not present. Also present was County
Librarian Kathy Chandler.
PUBLIC COMMENT: There was no public comment.
The meeting room policy was read and the changes and amendments were discussed. A motion
was made by Austine Stitt and seconded by Barbara Smith that the meeting room policy be
accepted on second reading as read with the changes and amendments. The motion was voted on
and affirmed by all 5 Board members present including John Wilkinson, Barbara Smith, Austine
Stitt, Barbara Reid and Judi Harris.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion was made by Austine Stitt and seconded by Barbara Reid to adjourn
the meeting at 4:40. The motion passed unanimously.
