Library Board Minutes

Next Meeting:  September 9, 2015 Noon Old Power House

MINUTES of the special meeting of the Pitkin County Library Board of Trustees on August 26, 2015.  The meeting was called to order at 10:07.

ROLL CALL:  Trustees present:  Barbara Reid, John Wilkinson, Judy Wrigley, Austine Stitt, Barbara Smith and Judi Harris.  Also attending were County Librarian Kathy Chandler, Pitkin County Facilities Manager Jodi Smith, and library staff, Martha Durgy and Susan Keenan.

PUBLIC COMMENT:  There was no public comment.

The Board met by teleconference with members of the M S R interior design team, Traci Lesneski and Leanne Larson, to discuss the Board’s vision and preferences for furnishings.

ADJOURNMENT:  A motion was made by Judy Wrigley and seconded by Barbara Smith to adjourn the meeting at 1:00.  The motion passed unanimously.
