As part of our concert series, Pitkin County Library is pleased to present Erica Ogihara, performing a retrospective of music for solo cello.
This program will showcase the diverse range of the history of cello repertoire, from the iconic cello suites of J.S. Bach to the 20th century in George Crumb & Sophia Gubaidulina, and up to the contemporary Argentinian composer Osvaldo Golijov.
A performer and educator, Erica Ogihara is a graduate of the Master's program at The Juilliard School of Music, and is entering the DMA program at Indiana University.
Please join us for an unforgettable afternoon of music!
