Pitkin County Library is visiting English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at the Colorado Mountain College (CMC) to introduce students to the many free resources, services, and programs available through the Library.
During these classroom visits, students will learn about library cards, English-language learning tools, books and digital collections, educational and career resources, and community programs. Library staff will demonstrate how to access these services, answer questions, and help students discover resources that support their educational, professional, and personal goals.
By bringing library services directly into the classroom, this outreach initiative aims to increase awareness, reduce barriers to access, and build stronger connections between the Library and CMC's English-language learning community.
