Description
This month, Literature Out Loud features stories from two of Colorado’s own contemporary Latinx authors, read by two of our valley’s talented Latinx artists. Claudia Pawl will voice “Ghost Sickness” by Kali Fajardo-Anstine, a tale of the displacement of Latin neighborhoods in the building of Denver’s Auraria Campus. Arturo Williams will bring you “The Skull of Pancho Villa” by Manuel Ramos in which that very skull is stolen in an act of revenge.
Join us every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm for adult story time, aka Literature Out Loud. Local residents read short stories, excerpts, or poems. We hope you love listening to our favorite stories as much as we love sharing them with you!
