Join the Pitkin County Library and English in Action for a screening of The Test, a thought-provoking, 15-minute film exploring the journey to becoming a U.S. citizen through the naturalization process.

Before the screening, Nico Zvivoch, associated with the film, will provide a virtual introduction to The Test and its story. Following the film, join a community discussion and learn more about the naturalization process with English in Action, a local organization supporting English-language learners in the Roaring Fork Valley. Attendees can also pick up a mock U.S. citizenship test to take home and try on their own.

Library staff will share free resources for English-language learning and citizenship preparation, including Mango Languages, Rosetta Stone, and LearningExpress Library.

Light refreshments will be provided. Whether you are interested in immigration stories, civic education, or learning more about local resources, this program offers an opportunity to connect, learn, and engage with the community.
