Description

In the first session, we learned the names and functions of the various bike parts. The second session covered tires (which to choose and why), flats (how to prevent and repair them), and cleaning and maintaining your bike.

The third session deals with derailleurs and shifting. Participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes in so we can identify and adjust as many different kinds of shifting systems as we are able so that we learn when to adjust cable tension and when to move limit screws.
