Join us for a program in partnership with the Aspen Art Museum! Preschool and Elementary-aged children accompanied by an adult are invited to participate in a storytime with a paired art project led by youth programmer, Madison and Aspen Art Museum educator, Kathy!
This week, we will draw inspiration from the enchanting book “Goodnight Moon” by Margaret Wise Brown for a special activity. Children will have the opportunity to explore their creativity as they create their own night sky paintings! Using dark blue and black paint, brushes, and paper, they will bring the magic of the book to life through their artwork.
This event will take place in the Children's Library every other Tuesday at 11:00 AM beginning October 10 until May 21.
