Through mindfulness activities, a short yoga practice, and journaling, we'll explore our minds to learn how to stay centered in an ever-changing world. Bring your own yoga mat and journal or borrow a mat and some pens and paper.

This activity is lead by Diana Laughlin in the Dunaway Community Room.
