Kids Summer Reading 2020

Put on your flower crowns, suits of armor, dragon wings and wizard caps, and settle into a good book! 

How it works:

• Step one is to register!
• Readers 5-11 will track their reading with the Imagine Your Story Summer Reading Bingo sheet, which can be downloaded here or from the link at the bottom of this page.
• Mark off each square as you complete that reading activity
• Earn "bingo" by marking off 5 squares in a vertical, horizontal or diagonal row; Receive 1 free book at the end of summer
• Mark off all 25 squares and receive 2 books at the end of summer
• Turn in bingo sheet by Aug. 22 to receive your free book(s)

We are inviting children 0-4 and their caregivers to complete an Early Literacy Activity Tracking sheet much like we did last year. At the end of the summer, we will collect the sheets and give each child who completes the sheet a free book to keep. We will mail your child the sheet or you may download it here or from the link at the bottom of the page.

As in years past, we will be featuring weekly riddles to go along with our Summer Reading Program theme. This year, you can look forward to whimsical riddles all about your favorite fairy tale characters!
